Celebrate Life

Thank you to Dr Robert Clarke, Network Spinal Chiropractor, for these words on Celebrating Life. You can find Dr Rob at our office in Bowness, in the mountains, or with his family!

When a crises happens, there is a pause, at time when those day to day worries fall aside and we realize what is important. Family, Friends, our Health these are what really matter. Connection with others, is key to thriving, it is through the people around us that we find support. Some will come into our lives briefly, others are with us our whole lives, regardless of the roles they play, that dance of humanity is what creates an amazing life. Sure, there are challenges, and hard times, through those we grow, we become wiser, our hearts grow. Most of us grow more through challenging times than we do during those less stressful phases of our lives. So find the space for gratitude every day. Celebrate your achievements, Embrace your Loved Ones, be proud of your path. Part of that Path is the hurdles you come across. Make sure your celebration and gratitude extends to all parts of the journey.  In doing this your energy holds a higher vibration, you stand taller, breath deeper and smile more often. As the energy you radiate grows richer, the people you interact with feel that energy richness and naturally allow their energy to be elevated. By making this an ongoing practice, opening a more resourceful aspect of yourself. One that gains wisdom in all the success and challenges in your life.
Imagine the shift, as you maintain, an attitude of gratitude and resourcefulness, the people in your life, family, friends, coworkers and even people you cross paths as you move through the day all respond by lifting their energy. Because of their interaction with you they stand a little taller and smile more at the people in their sphere. As this energy rich wave continues to ripple out the people, business and police makers around us begin making choices that support a more energy rich world.
Its like what Gandhi was refereeing to when he said
“ Be the change you wish to see in the world”

Celebrate life and Change The World
