What's this 21 Energy Rich Days Challenge?

Curious what happens behind the scenes during the 21 Energy Rich Days Challenge?

We're proud of our current group of challengers-everyone has picked a personal project that they are working on-everything from decluttering to singing! I am working on writing my Solutions Workbook for an Energy Rich life and am happy to say that the pages are coming. We kick the challenge off with our Friday night presentation and goal commitment- we talk about energy states, the Triad of Change, throw in some Reorganizational chit chat, and help with goal setting.

Week One has been a Behaviour Theme. That means taking action, perhaps without a solid structured plan. It may mean doing jumping jacks or going for a brisk walk before you sit down to your project.

Week Two is a Structure Theme and is our current task. This is about making the lists, scheduling your goal in your day timer, and ensuring you have all the pieces to ensure success.

Week Three is a Perception Theme. This may be a bit of digging to find out your bigger why for wanting this in your life. It revolves around how things feel-the emotions, the colors, the sensations.


Of these 3 Themes, we help our challengers find their strength so that they can continue to make effective change in their lives. We wish our current group good luck. If you want to be included in a future challenge, please make sure your name is added to our list at the office!
