Perception

We chatted about STRUCTURE in September, next up in our Triad of Change is Perception - all to do with our WHY... how things feel, our emotions, values, vision, story, meaning, purpose and experience.

As with all the components of the Triad, one part may be easier for you, one part may be more challenging. Thanksgiving has just occured and isn't it amazing that we have a holiday based on this positive emotion and action? Can you think of some ways to bring more gratitude in your life? Oprah made it popular - keeping a Gratitude Journal with 5 things you are grateful every day. Celebrate your successes at the end of the day. Carry a Gratitude Rock and reflect on your blessings when you touch it. Visualize and be grateful for the things that you want to appear in your life.

Our daughter recently built us a success or gratitude chart. On it our celebrations include: SH Built a fairy house. JJ saw practice members at work. SH wrote the first article. (You decide who is who!) So simple!

I am so happy and grateful for our practice members who are also sharing more gratitude through the city!
