Gather with women for a chance to relax and reflect. This evening is a time for connection to self and to a community of women. Magic happens when women gather!
The theme this month is gratitude. This is no ordinary gratitude practice. Come with an open heart and open mind and we will explore the ways gratitude can heal. You will go home with a gratitude craft / make and take.

Melanie Stevens-Isles is a community herbalist, she will work with you to bring balance and vibrant health back to your life. By guiding you to connect with your own innate healing abilities together with the herbs you will find wellness again. Her understanding of how plants heal us will help you wade through the information your body is giving you, empowering you to make the best choices to bring about your own vibrant health. With training from a range of herbalists and teachers (including Wild Rose Collage of Natural Healing, Abrah Arneson at the Green Clinic and Aviva Romm, M.D.) Melanie is ready to support your healing journey.

Ally Morberg is a classically trained homeopathic practitioner who has translated a love for safe,natural and effective medicine into a fulfilling career geared towards sharing with others how homeopathy can assist them on their path to wellness.Ally is a graduate of the Western College of Homeopathic Medicine in Calgary. She was introduced to homeopathy eight years ago and has been using holistic medicines as the main form of treatment for her family,including her two boys,for many years.Her practice includes treating people with chronic health conditions, athletic injuries, PANDAS/PANS, anxiety, depression, acute ailments, and so much more.

Lisa Chepil is proficient at catering the intensity of treatments from lighter holistic CranioSacral therapy to increasingly deep yet precise therapeutic massage. She has specialized in both working with individuals with chronic pain and athletes and their individual needs. Some of Lisa’s distinctive techniques incorporate low grade joint mobilizations, traction and assisted stretching with Myofasicial techniques to release held tension in the form of trigger points, facial restrictions, ischemia and muscular guarding. Through all her treatments she works attentively to help clients recognize and let go of held tension and trauma by being present to individual needs.Lisa has also specialized in pre and postnatal massage for years and is now a proud new mom of a vibrant daughter.
