Homeopathy and Travels

Elan's February Theme is Warmth! Here are some remedy suggestions from our Homeopathic Practitioner Ally Morberg.

SUN'S OUT!!!! We survived the deep freeze friends! I realize we still have a few months of winter left but let’s hope the coldest days are behind us. That being said, the cold days have really made me appreciate the warmth of the winter sun.

If you are one of the lucky ones heading somewhere hot and sunny for a winter break, there are some wonderful homeopathic remedies that you might want to have on hand.

JET LAG: the remedy Cocculus Indicus is used for nausea and vomiting caused by motion sickness and for the bad effects from sleep loss and mental excitement.
ANXIETY: the remedy Aconitum Napellus is used to help ease fear and anxiety of the mind.It is also good for fevers and illness that come on suddenly where the skin is dry, hot and flushed.
SUNSTROKE: the remedy Belladonna is good to have for the initial stages and effects of sunstroke.

If you have any questions on how to take homeopathic remedies or would like to know more about these or other remedies, call Elan and book a free 15min consultation with me!
Have a wonderful February and embrace the warmth!
